Reid Swanson is a dedicated member of the Fish MLS team, bringing a unique blend of construction experience, manufacturing expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people. His early career in new-home construction and remodeling sparked a lifelong curiosity about how things are built—a curiosity that later led him to establish his own manufacturing representative agency.

This combination of hands-on building knowledge and industry insight gives Reid a practical, informed perspective that clients truly value. His work as an independent representative has taken him across Minnesota, neighboring states, and even abroad, deepening his appreciation for the people, landscapes, and communities that make Minnesota special.

Reid believes that clear communication, honesty, and trust are the foundation of every successful real estate experience. He prides himself on putting himself in his clients’ shoes, understanding their needs, and guiding them with integrity every step of the way.

A resident of the Andover area, Reid is married with two daughters and two dogs. He enjoys spending time outdoors, working on his cars, tackling home projects, and creating a home his family loves—especially one where his daughters feel proud to bring their friends. When he’s not on the go as “Dad-Uber,” he’s just as happy relaxing by the fire with a good show. His family also loves spending time at their cabin in northwest Wisconsin, where they unwind and enjoy the outdoors together.
