We listed our property with Jason and in a week had multiple offers.  We accepted one of the offers, but he offered a strategy to counter the offer with additional wording or as he said it "we need to add some teeth" to the contract.  It's a good thing we did because a week before closing the buyer sent over a cancellation without any notice. That was the most stressful day of my life.  We were already packed to move and were buying another house.  When attempts to keep the buyer failed, he went after the buyer and other agent for the down payment.  The buyers would not sign a cancellation which refunded us their deposit, so Jason had an attorney serve a declared cancellation for the breach of our contract.  We always felt he was working for our best interest and was very quick and efficient re-marketing our property.  We highly recommend Jason and his assistant.  Thank you again  - John and Ann
